Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning uses high frequency pressure waves to produce cavitation bubbles in a liquid. This generates high forces on contaminants adhering to the surface of a part, yet doesn't alter or damage the original finish. The cavitation action penetrates blind holes and recessed openings, thoroughly removing all contaminants. Ultrasonic cleaning can be used to gently clean a wide range of workpiece shapes, sizes and materials.
After ultrasonic cleaning the part is rinsed in deionized water and submerged in a Nano coating bath to protect the surfaces from oxidation - inside and out.
