Motorcycle and Bicycle Frames 

Motorcycle and bicycle frames require attention to specific details when being powder coated.  Bearing and bushing mounting areas, engine mounting points, threaded holes and openings, and areas with tight tollerances all need precision masking to avoid difficult and time-consuming work before reassembly.

After removing the original finish, all surfaces to be powder coated are media blasted to provide the optimum texture for maximum adhesion of the powder coat. The surface is then cleaned and chemically treated to provide corrosion protection before masking and powder application.

We strive to duplicate the original look and function of a factory finish, but with the increased durability provided by superior surface preparation and precise powder application and curing.
